Returns and Exchanges
Within 14 days from the date of receipt, you may return or exchange your purchase.
Make sure that the items you return or exchange are in their original condition, unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with all original tags attached. When your order arrives at our office it will be checked to see if it is valid for a return.
To make your exchange or return please access the returns and exchanges portal at the following link. You must add your order number and the email with which you made the purchase.
Unfortunately ZOTTIER is not responsible of any return expenses. For exchanges you will see the conditions for each country when you access the returns and exchanges portal.
Refund
The refund will be made once we have received and reviewed your returned product/s. Depending on your bank, the transaction usually takes between 3 and 5 working days.
Once the return has been approved, you will receive a refund by the same payment method you used for the purchase or the method you choose, deducting the shipping costs. The refund period is 10 working days after we receive your return in our studio.
